This immersive workshop invites you to engage with the land—touch, smell, and work with fresh herbs and citrus—learning the art of balm-making from farm to jar. We begin with a guided farm tour, sharing the story of this special space and its connection to regenerative farming and sustainable practices. A grounding ritual follows, using fragrant herbs to awaken the senses. Then, the magic begins: Harvest & Prep – I’ll show you how to pick fresh rosemary, lemon verbena, and kumquats, clean them, and prepare them for dehydration. Processing & Infusion – Crush dried herbs, measure ingredients, and infuse oils, learning how plants transform into potent healing remedies. This hands-on experience is deeply engaging, yet meditative—an opportunity to slow down, connect with nature, and carry new knowledge forward.
