One of my favorite restaurant in Tijuana. If you are a foodie you MUST visit Tijuana to try. It is only a 10 minute taxi ride from the border.

High-end restaurant internationally recognized. Beautiful decoration and superb food. Chef Placencia is a celebrity in Southern California and Baja California. $$$$
